Our Ads In Print
We don't do as much print advertising as we used to.
The telephone and phone book companies keep merging, buying each other, and saturating the market with too many directories.
With every merger or buyout, the acquisition cost is then passed on to the advertisers when the 'new' owners increase rates from 33% to 50%.
Rather than pass this cost on to our customers, we decided to build our business the old fashioned way;
By building our reputation one job at a time, through service excellence and unflinching quality workmanship.
After 14 years, most of our business comes from repeat and referral customers.
That doesn't mean that we don't want or need new customers, just that we don't necessarily depend on overpriced yellow pages advertising to reach them.
Since 1997 our homemade website continues to grow in content and popularity.
This website allows us to present deeper and more useful information than any yellow pages display ad ever could.
The big ad below was the last of our display advertising to appear in the 2006 Source Book under the ownership of Transwestern Publications.
During 2006, Transwestern was acquired by The Yellow Book USA.
In 2007, the Source Book ceased and was replaced by the local Yellow Book.
With the acquisition came a huge rate increase which we could not justify in our budget.
As a comprimise, we downsized the ad you see below to fit in the column of the new Yellow Book Locksmith section on page 395 of the Gainesville Yellow Book for 2007-2008.
The same ad appears under the heading of 'Real Estate Management' on page 514.
In all other published phone directories for Gainesville, look for our listing under 'Locks and Locksmiths'.
Our listing can also be found in most online phone directories regularly serving our area.
Better yet, ask your friends, neighbors, co-workers, realtor, or property manager if they've already heard of us or know of our work.
You may be pleasantly surprised to see how many people you know that we may have already helped or served.
